If you are a diehard Top Chef fan like me, you were totally rooting for Connie DeSousa to take home the top prize in Top Chef Canada. (I even tried the Top Chef-inspired dishes at Milestones, but I think something got lost in the translation.)
Unfortunately, it was Dale MacKay from Vancouver who prevailed. However, I think the top 3 chefs were really talented, so any of them would be deserving.
